Fever and runny nose/teething dumb question

The only reason I think I'm posting is our DD has never ever ran a fever. This afternoon after an abnormally long nap she was warm and under arm temp was 99.1. I know that temp could be inaccurate but she definitely felt warm. We gave her Motrin and she is still warm with the same temp after an hour and is now napping again she's acting on an off perfectly fine. She cut some teeth last week. Top two for sure. And has had a runny nose for the last week. Is this just teeth, or is this something we should be calling the ped about??

Also she runs low like me. My normal temp is at least a degree or two colder so if I hit 99 or above I am miserable.

DD always runs a temp and has a runny nose when teething. She has that now and her bottom canine is cutting.

If she is happy, I wouldn't call for a temp of 99.1. I'd call if it got higher than that (101 or 102 would make me worry). I hope she is doing ok!

and I don't consider 99.1 a fever.

E had a runny nose and fever of about 101. Turned out to be a sinus and ear infection. Is it possible to get a more accurate temp for your LO?
