Veggie success

Aiden hasn't been loving veggies for quite a while (at home - at daycare they claim he eats anything they give him - thanks for that buddy haha).  Anyway, tonight I made broccoli roasted with olive oil and garlic and topped with a little parmesan and he wolfed it down.  I think I'm going to try making other veggies that way to see if he'll eat more.

Re: Veggie success

  • Yay! Thanks for the advice too!  I now have a new veggie recipe! :)  My LO has decided he only likes veggie pureed again in those little baby food pouches...we can't do that forever.

  • Harrison has always been the same way. The only veggie he will eat (by itself) is corn, frozen squash and peas (sometimes). Lately he has been eating ALL of the broccoli that I put on his plate (and I just boil it to get it somewhat soft, add a little butter and serve).
