Unexpected Pain (10 Days Post-Delivery)

DS is 10 days old, and I've started experiencing a pretty severe "heaviness" on my pelvic floor especially after I empty my bladder and/or stand.  I expected and was prepared for some discomfort in the perineum, but this is farther forward and really feels like there is a 3-5 lb hand weight sitting on my vaginal opening.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

    I experienced some similar pain around that time. I think it was swelling, it got worse when I was too active. Try some ice & take it easy for a few days.
