Yes although in reverse. I want 4, maybe 5 and DH only wanted 2. We have agreed on 3. I've always thought the person who wants the least gets the most amount of say...
I always wanted just 1. I'm an only child and I love it. DH wanted 3 so we agreed on 2. Now that DD is here, DH is the happiest guy alive and doesn't want another one at all.
But, when DD is 3 we agreed to talk about TTC again. If we aren't ready then, we'll talk about it again when she's 4. If we're still not ready, the shop is closing up. At that point I'll be 34 and that's my cutoff for being PG
DH definitely wants more than I do. I am fine with two, but he still wants to talk about it after #2 comes some day. I think he'd be happy with up to four or five, but there is no way I'm doing that. Three is my absolute maximum, and even that is pushing it.
Our first baby girl, Lucia Joy, joined us on April 1, 2010!

Pretty much us too. I wanted 6...he said only 3.
Sawyer Quinn (09/06/06), Rory Keaton (04/07/08) and Kinsley Saffron (10/12/10). Forever and ever my babies they'll be. A rose can say "I love you",orchids can enthrall, but a weed bouquet in a chubby fist, yes, that says it all.~Author Unknown
I want an even number (so nobody feels left out! Even numbers for amusement parks - i.e. roller coasters - staying in hotels during travel, etc. I'm just weird like that...), and i cannot picture having the patience/sanity for 4! Not to mention the cost... There are 4 kids in my fam (2 brothers and 1 sister), and although it was fun to be one of the kids, bless my Mom's heart...!
We have 3 and have gone back and forth on wanting 4...one minute he does and I don't, and then the next minute we're switched. As for now we have agreed to start trying for #4!!

I used to say 3, H said 2. Then we got a 2-for-1 deal. 50% of the time we are d-o-n-e and the other 50% of the time we think about what it would be like with just one more.
Oooh have I been gone so long that society has figured out how to have men give birth? Because, then, my husband can feel free to have as many as he wants. Till then, we decided 1, I gave birth to 1, so I'm done.
nice lol!

This is what I figure too. I always said I wanted 2-4. DH is adamant that 2 is enough. Now that we live in a 3-bedroom townhouse, and I see how busy life already is and know that I want to keep working, I think DH has an excellent point.
