It will adjust, but personally, I'd pump enough the relieve the pressure (so like 3-5 minutes) if they are feeling hard and you still have a little while to the next feeding. That's what I did when my LO started eating less at night. Good luck and enjoy the new found freedom! haha

It takes about a week for your supply to regulate. Just give it time. Pumping in the AM like you normally do is fine, but I would avoid pumping any additional times, and if you do, pump less than an ounce and just enough to soften the breast. If you pump more than this, it will signal your body to produce even more.
