  The miserable witch is here once again ( my blood results showed a progesterone level of 19.1 so the hospital says I didn't ovulate again so my dose is going up to 150mg Clomid for ths cycle ... 

  That is the highest they will give so this is the last chance for Clomid and they're not prepared to move onto injections or ivf till I've lost a little more weight.

  Fingers crossed ... I'm not really loving this journey so far (

  I'm confused.  A level of 15 on a medicated cycle indicates a good O.

  They told me that they want it to be over 30 on CD21 ??? Is that not right?

  I've never heard that.  ::shrugs::  I was always told over 10 for nonmedicated and 15 for medicated. 

  I did 3 cycles of Clomid only, had levels of 17, and my RE's office was always fine with it.

  I'm in the UK and I wonder if the unit of measurement might be the difference here? 

   Ho hum ... It is what it is I guess so I'll just keep taking the tablets and *try* to stay positive.

  I noticed you have PCOS like I do. My doctors prescribed me Metformin this past summer and along with diet exercise, the meds also helped me lose 10-15 lbs. From what I've been told, women with PCOS have an extremely hard time losing weight with just diet and exercise. They also prescribed me the Metformin to see if it'd help with the infertility. I recently discontinued taking it as you can't take it while pregnant and I had a FET on 1/20/12 and I don't want to take any chances in case I am pregnant! You should check with your doctor and see what they say. Good Luck!

  Cycle #7 (50 days) ~ IUI #1 (with letrolzole & ovidrel) - BFN

  Cycle #9 (20 days) ~ IVF #1 (10/2011): 23 eggs retrieved, 20 inseminated,16 fertilized! 0 transferred. All embryos frozen due to severe OHSS
  Cycle #10 (44 days) ~ BC pills, ovaries given chance to rest
  Cycle #11 ~ FET #1 on 1/20/2012, transferred two 3-day blastocysts, refroze 1 embryo (now left with 11 frozen) 2/2/12 Beta = less than 0.5 BFFN
  FET #2 March 30, 2012 BFN

  FET #3 April 2013, BFN

  IVF #2 (08/23/13): 20 eggs retrieved, 16 inseminated,13 fertilized! 12 grew to 5 day blasts, biopsied then frozen

  PGD of 12 blasts: 12 abnormal, 4 normal embryos
  FET #4 October 16, 2013, transferred two 5-day blasts

  10/24 HPT - BFP!!!!

  10/25 BETA = 302

  I'm sorry to hear that. It did take 150 mg of Clomid for me to ovulate. Hopefully it works for you like it did for me.

  I had a 9 and was told I ovulated.  That wasn't a good number and I'm gonna need progesterone supplements but I o'd with that number.    I might request an appointment or phone call with the dr They could want your number above 30 for a reason but that shouldn't mean you didn't o
