Hot flashes?

Has anyone else been experiencing hot flashes? I'm 7 days post d&c, 4 days post using Cytotec (which I think was pretty useless because I never started bleeding again) I've been experiencing hot flashes on and off, i'm assuming this is just another lovely hormonal issue, I finally checked my temp  today and its 99.4. I'm guessing a low grade fever is probably total normal considering everything my bodies been through.

    I am not sure if a fever is normal--it very well may be, but you might want to call the doctor on Monday to make sure that you are infection-free.  If you have pain or other indicators of infection before then, call whoever is on call at your OB.  Also, I got a really awful hot flash before I officially miscarried but after my baby had stopped developing.  I think it is just hormones adjusting.  Not fun though.

    I'm very sorry for your discomfort. I'm quite sure that a fever after surgery is something you should tell your doc right away. It's probably nothing, and that's what I'm going to hope for you. But definitely keep an eye on yourself and if you get much worse, go to the ER.

    Thank you for the concern, it's actually gone away and is back down to 98, I think my hormones are so all over the place it must be affecting my temp to some degree as well.

    Well it's bouncing around between 98.8 and 99.1 now, but I've also been sneezing alot so I might have a cold. I'm going to call my Dr. tomorrow just to be on the safe side.

    I'm glad you're doing a bit better. I logged on and went straight to your post this morning because I was thinking about you! Good idea to still call you're doc. Keep us posted!
