Organic Bedding

Hello,

I am trying to find organic twin bedding for my 2 year old son.  It is impossible.H have been searchIng the internet for days.   Sheets are easy to find but I can't find a comforter or duvet that isn't ridiculously expensive.  Does anyone know of good a goodwebsite or please tell me what you have purchased that you feel is not toxic?  Thanks so much.

Re: Organic Bedding

  • A couple of months ago I ordered some organic bedding from www.cozypure.com I thought their prices were pretty reasonable, and it was all made in the USA, which was important to me.

  • I'm not sure what your budget is or what you specifically mean by a reasonable price, but did you see the P'kolino toddler bedding set on amazon? It's about $100. I thought the owl/tree print was cute.

  • I ended up making my own nursery bedding for our LO with organic fabrics from a local fabric shop.  All the organic bedding I found online was NMS, so I just did it myself.  I did the blanket, bedskirt and curtains.  I found organic sheets and an organic wool bumper so I did not need to make those.  It was SO much easier to just do it myself and have #1, the look I wanted and #2, know it was all safe.  With my mom's help (and sewing machine), it took about 6 hrs. to do it all.  The part that is not organic is the satin edging on the blanket.  That was impossible to find.  GL!
