I think we introduced the stationary exersaucer around 4.5 months. I think we waited until he was sitting well, but not sure if there was any science behind that. We waited a little bit longer for the jumperoo.

We just got one and an excersaucer. My boys have had really good head control from around the same age, but don't have the core strength yet needed to really stand upright to jump in the jumperoo. They love it when we bounce it for them so know they will enjoy it in a few more weeks!

with my daughter, we put her in the jumperoo around 3 months with a pillow under her feet since she was still too short to touch the ground. she didn't start really vigorously jumping until around 6ish months.

we started with small amounts of time in the jumperoo and exersaucer around 3 mo old. we had to put a pillow under their feet so they could reach "the floor"... they don't really "jump" in it for many more months.
I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.

We did the same at 3months.. They weren't really in the jumperoo till about 5 months.

We started Bumbos at 12-ish weeks then jumperoos at 4 months with a folded blanket behind them for some core support and a folded up towel on the floor since their feet couldn't reach yet. We got a doorway jumper which is nice for the young guys because you can completely adjust the height (the FP and bright starts jumperoos still aren't low enough for my guys now, even on the lowest setting.)

One of my twins also had excellent neck/head control so we put her in the jumperoo a few days shy of their 3 month birthday. She loved it! My other twin went in the jumperoo for the first time at about 3.5 months once her head control improved.
