Nausea sufferers.. preggie pops & seabands

I bought both and they are working for the most part in controlling the nausea. I wish I knew about the preggie pops before! There is ginger in them and they are tasty.  Someone just told me about them. They have them at Babies R Us. The seabands I got at the pharmacy. They are made for pregnant women also. There is a pressure point that is supposed to help. I put them on before getting out of bed and wear them all day. Anyway it may not work for everyone, but its helping me. GL

  • Awesome that they worked for you! Neither worked for me at all. I tried B6 too and that made it worse. luckily my m/s started subsiding this week :)

  • I'll have to try them.  I've tried the B6 at night and it helps me wake up feeling good but then my mid afternoon I'm a mess again.

I'm glad they are giving you some relief.

They did nada for me, it has to be drugs or I puke all day.

Ditto.  Glad they work for you!

  • I used bands through most of my PG with DS (I threw up for 30w of the PG--blah). I went with Psi Bands which look like trendy rubber bracelets. It is a fun alternative to the more athletic-looking sea bands.

I just got a sample of a Preggie Pop and look forward to trying it. Lemonheads are my go-to now.

  • Preggie pops helped a lot! If you are not close to a store that holds them, you can order them online. Anyway, they worked wonders for me for a while and then the nausea got so out of control that I needed to take some medicine because I was in so much pain. I took Phenergan and it works so well, but makes me pretty sleepy a few hours after taking it. Now, the nausea is beginning to slow down and I can go some days without preggie pops or phenergan..I hope this is a constant trend!
