Yummy make-ahead breakfast that's healthy!

Pumpkin pie oatmeal...My kids are loving it, so I thought I'd pass it along.  I upped the pumpkin by a lot and reduced the brown sugar (and I think I could still reduce it a bit more).  I make it the night before, pop in the fridge in individual glass bowls, and in the a.m. all I have to do is heat it up in the microwave and maybe add a little milk if it's gotten too thick.  I also use quick oats b/c it's faster and my kids eat them better than steel cut oats, but whatever works for you.  Enjoy!
