  Most of that just got done within the last week or two for me.  The hospital bag is not in the car, but it is packed.  If I were you, I'd do as much as you can now.  It gets really hard to do anything on your own, and I depend on DH for pretty much everything I want done.  I wish I had done more earlier so I could do it on my own and not wait for him to have time.  (Nothing against DH, it's just that we both work and it's hard to find time/ motivation in the evenings sometimes.  He's already doing all the shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc and it doesn't leave a lot of time for baby projects).

  We thought we had tons of time, so we had none of this done prior to the boys being born. I was admitted to the hospital on bedrest at 27 weeks and didn't leave for 7 weeks. The boys needed NICU time, so we had to do all of our prep while they were in NICU. We had the nursery furniture assembled and had painted, but that was it. We didn't even have crib mattresses prior to admission.

  I installed carseats and set up swings and gear at about 34-35 weeks. I prepped my CD's at 32-ish weeks (when my stash was completed.) And I packed my bags the night before my induction at 37 weeks. It seemed pointless to me to pack a bag when the stuff I was going to need was all the stuff I used on a daily basis. I guess if you bought seconds of everything you could do it earlier? Not many clothes fit me at the time so I couldn't even pack clothes ahead of time. I did have a list of things to remind me what I needed.

  In the first week I realized I needed different bottles (my LC recommended the "Breastflow" bottles.) I planned to EBF so I only had a few bottles on hand and they were a type my LC wouldn't support my goal to EBF well. I had to supplement with formula for 3 days (because of low blood sugars at delivery) and then pumped milk until about 8 weeks when my LO's finally got all their feedings from the breast. I was on my own for the first 6 weeks while DH was out of town working so I needed 16 bottles to get me through the day. Then I only had 1 RnP sleeper so I had to get another. That's the ONLY place my twins would sleep at night for the first few months. And then I had to rent a hospital grade pump to really get my supply going.

  Oh and do you have any sposies? In those first days it's nice to have the option for sposies if the laundry just doesn't happen. We used them off and on for the first week and a half.

  Wash they babies' clothes/ sheets? 32 weeks... and it's a good thing because I got admitted to the hospital on BR (still here) at 33.3. It's not that someone else *couldn't* do it, but I would have been sad to miss out on it.
  
  Install car seats? DH just did it a couple of days ago, so 34ish weeks. I didn't want it done too early because even if they had been born before then, they would have had NICU time so we could have done it during that.
  
  Pack hospital bag?  Did you keep it in the car then? Never got to. DH has been bringing me stuff. I'd recommend doing it ASAP just in case- you never know!
  
  Set up swings/ pack n plays? DH just did it in the last couple of days. This can wait, IMO... it doesn't take long.
  
  Prep CD's (if you use them)?
  
  Also, are there any other tips you have of things to do before hand?  Their nursery is set up...and I have diapers (unprepped)...and I kind of feel like maybe I am forgetting a lot. Where there things you had to run out and get the first few weeks that you hadn't realized you would need?
