Oh the hot flashes!

So one of the side effects I have noticed that is the worst while I have been on Lupron are the hot flashes!  It is horrible at night and most nights I wake up sweating at some point.  Eck!  I thought they would get better when I reduced my dose but they are still here.  Oh well at least I enjoy cold showers :)
Trying To Conceive since November 2009
Dx: PCOS and MFI
IUI#1-4 all BFN
IVF#1 January (4R, 4M, 1F) BFP
Colt was born on 10/27 at 11:50pm. 6lbs and 19 1/4"

    Sorry hun the hot flashes don't get better on lupron...they stink. At least it's winter. In the summer when I took it I literally woke up in a pile of sweat (wet sheets wet pjs) it was so gross! FX that is your only side effect!

    It's not just the Lupron.  It seems like I've had hot flashes since starting all these fertility meds.  I'm currently on Endometrin and Estrace (since I'm in the 2ww for IVF #1) and woke up 2 times last night as a sweaty mess.  I can't wait until they are gone!

    IUI #1-3 - 50mg Clomid, 75iu Gonal, Ovidrel, Progesterone = BFN
    IVF #1 - ER = 9R, 9M, 8F; 5DT of 1 embryo (3 frosties) = BFP!!
    Beta #1 (17dpo) = 496, Beta #2 (20dpo) = 1318, Beta #3 (22dpo) = 2190

    Ah I hate hot flashes, the worst was when I got them at work!! Dang Lupron!! Lucky you have them in the winter, I had mine all summer.
