Trouble TTC

An intro I suppose and a Provera question.

Hi, I have been posting/lurking here for a tiny bit trying to help answer some questions, so I guess I will introduce myself.

I am 23yrs old with stage 4 endometriosis. I was diagnosed after several years of horrible pain with no answers. I finally had a lap done last april. The endo took over my ovaries, and I had to have chunks of them removed as well as a large amount that was attached from my womb to my nerves in my back.

Since then my doctors told me the longer I waited to have children, the less of a chance I will have. So my husband and I decided to try ASAP. After my surgery my pain got worse. They tried everything from Lupron to Danazol, heavy pain meds nothing has worked. After taking Depo Provera shots, and they wore off I took a BCP called "seasonale" which did not help either. I stopped it got AF and said hey lets try again! Since that AF came (last november) I have not gotten AF since, which is nice, but not when your TTC. *SIGH* So now after this my gyno wants to put me on 10 days of Provera to bring on AF and hopefully get me ovulating again.

Now my question is, how were your side effects on these pills. Do they work? Has any one with endo tryed it? I heard its alot like the shots but in a lower dose.

Anyways thanks for reading, I have a strong feeling I will be here for awhile.
