Hi All,
As I move closer to my beta on Monday, I'm trying to stay positive but last night around 11 I had the TINIEST bit of spotting...tiniest. The optimistic side of me is trying to convince myself that it could be late implantation bleeding, but the realistic side of me knows that at 14dpiui its most likely AF trying to show up but I keep suppressing with Prometrium.
Kelly, from lurking I remember you had bleeding while on this fantastic crap, didn't you? What did your Dr tell you to do? Of course this happens to me on Saturday, when my dr/nurses aren't there. If AF comes full force...keep taking the prometrium until my blood test? Or stop it once AF comes.
To make things MORE complicated, I have a WTF scheduled with my RE on Friday. I was really hoping that would be CD2,3,or4 (which it would be if I stopped taking prometrium after my beta on Monday) and I wouldn't have to miss a treatment cycle.
If AF comes, do I stop taking the pills? Keep it up until Monday?
TIA

I had bleeding 11dpIUI, almost like a full period and it stopped after about 2 days. I think my period tried to start, but the doses of Prometrium held it off from starting fully. I was to continue my Prometrium until my blood test verified at 14dpIUI that I was indeed not pregnant.
One of my books, A Few Bad Eggs, is so-written by a fertility doctor or nurse (I can't remember which one), and she specifically stated to never stop progesterone just because you think your period has come. To always verify with a test. I would think by 14dpIUI, a blood test would come back accurate.
