Diagnose my baby

Temperature of 101.7 on Wednesday and Thursday

Hoarse voice and Hoarse cry yesterday with no temp

Red rash on top left cheek for about 3 hours last night.  It was gone this morning.

Brought him to the doctor on Wednesday and left with no diagnosis.  Baby wasn't hoarse on wednesday though.

When he screeches, nothing comes out because he sounds hoarse.

Drooling a lot.

I will call pedi again but what do you think?

(Beta 19 Prog 13) -Ectopic Pg - (Beta 27, 67, 430, 850) - methotrexate shot & biopsy -Forced 3 month Break 1/4/10 - Uterine septum removed by Hysteroscopy 1/18/10 - Told I have inflammation in uterus. 6 weeks of antibiotics. 2/27/10 - Another confirmed ectopic. 2 shots of methotrexate after an ER visit. Currently doing acupuncture and trying to lose weight. TTC since 3/07 -

    Sounds like it might be croup.  Is he coughing as well?

    I love your title "Diagnose my baby" haha...anyway...My son was diagnosed with bronchitis (as well as my husband and I!) and he was sounding kind of hoarse as well, he still sounds the same even after all the meds he's on.  I'm not too sure about the rash though...maybe teething since he's drooling a lot?  I would definitely take him again, I took him twice before they diagnosed him! Good luck and I hope your little one gets better! :)
