it is official!! lots of 'sell your house' dust is appreciated

in all honesty, its a fabulous neighborhood with the best neighbors ever and we spend every afternoon wandering around the park across the street. we will really miss this house!

we did redo it, we hired a mason to come out and remove the tile that was existing and put up stacked stone. we love it!

Darn! Our house won't be on the market for another 3 weeks otherwise I'd actually be very interested. It's exactly the layout and area we are looking in. I hope for your sake it's not still available when ours sells but darn.
