  • Current job:  Teacher

    Full Time

Commute time: 1.5 hours each way

    Plans after LO arrives:

Taking a year maternity leave (With having to pay for daycare and gas... not much financial difference in taking the full year off or going back to work early.... and I'm OK with that!)  I'll continue to do distance courses towards my Master's during that time.

Then trying to get work closer to home... if I don't I'll probably have to substitute teach instead...Which is really crappy because I love my job... I just can't handle the commute with a baby at home.  Substituting will mean a reduction in salary for sure...
