P4 results

So I got my P4 test back at 6dpo confirmed by charting and it's 8.8

What does everyone think this means?  O'd? Implantation chances?  My 2nd opinion RE isn't scheduled until next Wednesday and I'm hanging out until then wondering.

Also, does anyone know how much P4 rises on average each day after O?

DH (35): MFI d/t testicular torsion and removal, Low T, Oligospermia, Anti-Sperm Antibodies, Currently on T supplements
Sept '11-April '13 ~  Testing, failed multiple MFI treatments, saving & TONS of praying
January 2014 ~ IVF/ICSI & PGS ~ no response to stims ~ converted to IUI ~ BFN
February 2014 ~ On to donor embyros ~ 5 blasts!!! 
March 2014 ~ FET #1 ~ Transferred 2 blasts ~ BFN
July 2014 ~ Kliman's mock cycle with endometrial function test
Sample too small for EFT, HE slide showed immature cells
New protocol planned, saving for another biopsy for EFT
January 2015 ~ Considering adoption options
April 2015 ~ Privately arranged adoption of planned pregnancy
DD#1 ~ Lillyana Violet Marie born 6/15/16, Finalized adoption 12/20/16
July 13, 2018 ~ BFP....WTF?!?!
7/16 Beta #1 ~ 466...7/18 Beta #2 ~ 1,077...7/23 Beta #3 ~ 5,291
7/23 US #1 ~ 1 gestational sac seen and yolk sac
7/30 US #2 and 1st OB appt ~ 1 perfectly round gestational sac, 1 perfect yolk sac and 1 teeny tiny heart beat seen!!!

    The ideal day to get a P4 draw is 7dpo and they want to see over 10 on a natural cycle and over 15 on a treatment cycle. Anything over 3 indicates O though! So thats good! Good luck to you!!

    if you are consistently under 10 id ask about supplements. if its an odd month they could have caught you at a weird time. my doc said it can rise and fall throughout each day so the pattern is more important. last month i was over 15 on 7dpo but af showed up two days later. since my overall pattern is low we are stickin w supps now. gl

     July 2012:IUI #6 on 7/28, BFP on 8/9,beta 97, 8/11 189, 8/13 400!!   DS born 4/18!
    9/30/13 - Miracle BFP, released from RE 10/21, EDD 6/6/14, DD born 5/27!
    6/19/16 - Miracle BFP, EDD 2/25/17

    I had a 9.3 and RE said it was close enough...as in yes I ovulated but not such a great number. I'm really pushing to add supplements this upcoming cycle
