Just curious as to what you do when your day starts off on the wrong foot. My girls were up about 45 minutes before their normal wake time today, which meant their first nap was earlier. I assumed they'd sleep longer since they were acting really tired, but they only slept for like 30 minutes. So now I am trying to decide, do I add a third nap today (they normally take 2) or do I just put them to bed really early. What do you do in a situation like this?

I'd try for an early bedtime. Sleep begets sleep and they're probably already overtired (hence the crappy morning nap) so an early bedtime may help them catch up.
I managed to get them down at their regular time. Thanks for responding to all my posts lately, I really appreciate all the help!
