  The book is called Baby Led Weaning.  There is also a cookbook which has mostly the same info and recipes.

  www.babyledweaning.com has forums

  https://baby-led-solids.blogspot.com/ is a really good blog with all the foods and how she introduced them to her daughter by week.

  The book https://www.amazon.com/Baby-led-Weaning-Helping-Your-Baby/dp/0091923808 is GREAT. I liked it better than the online information.

  This is interesting. I found the book to be a waste of my time and loved the forums. They were much more practical. Though I loved the pics in the book, the only thing the book really helped me with was to keep tabs on DD's sodium intake.
