Oh man I hated that! If you're in between feedings pumping or expressing milk really helps! Also the hot water from the shower feels good. It gets better though!

I was there a few days ago. My lactation consultant recommended massage and it fixed the problem. You massage behind the breast and pull it forward with your finger tips and working around in a circle (okay, terrible description but I think any massage would probably help).
Dolly Parton (hehehehe).....If it makes you feel any better my milk came in during the night. It was so bad I couldn't sleep on my sides and woke up wondering how much my breasts weighed. I should have weighed them that morning. To put it into perspective, I had bought 34K (UK sizes) bras. Wearing these bras left imprint marks all over. I wish I could find bigger bras. Just remember it will pass. Expressing milk will make you feel better but remember taking too much will make your body keep producing that amount of milk. Your body will stop producing as much when it realizes that it doesn't need as much.
Hand or pump express your milk. It will make a HUGE difference! I loved how my breasts looked when engorged but not worth the pain I felt until they went down. Now with bf they are "full" but not rocks!
