holy gas...(maybe tmi)

my stomach was KILLING me yesterday!!  ....and i knew it was more of a stomach ache type thing...woke up in the middle of the night and tums was just not cutting it....the pain kept moving all around....ugh horrible night sleep....so i took gas x today and it seems to have taken care of the problem for now!!   

any other hints or tips for dealing with this....i ate some pineapple on tuesday and i think the acid just made for a bad week!!!

    Yesterday I "warted" walk/farted and could not even attempt to stop it.  Instantly reminded me of my grandpa.

    i do NOT miss the pregnancy gas.  it can get bad.  Just let it out :)
    I used to be Goldie_locks_5 but the new nest is so screwed up that I was forced to start over.

    MAN!  I hear you.  I feel like I always have trapped gas by the end of the day, regardless of what I eat.  I also swear the babies just sent on the necessary piping and keep it all trapped in.  Warm baths and putting my butt up in the air are the two ways I have gotten relief...but not simultaneously.

    i am laughing bc the butt up in the air thing has always been a trick of mine...i was cracking up with belly hanging while doing it!!  i will try the bath....it's like there is no room in there for the gas to move....OUCH!
