Trouble TTC

Normal?

So my Lap was a week ago today. The past few days I've noticed a lot more cramping. Especially on the Left side where the cyst was. But also noticing some cramping on the right. It feels like it did before with the cyst. Short stabbing pains every now and then. Enough to make me catch my breath. I know my Left ovary has a lot of healing to do since they had to peel into it. So normal or call the RE?

Re: Normal?

  • I probably shouldn't answer as I haven't had a lap to remove any cysts, but I know that they moved alot of stuff around when I did have one and I was sore for a few weeks internally. I would assume its normal. I hope someone else who has experienced this can chime in.

  • I would think it is normal because your body is healing.  However, your RE is there for you to call so if you are concerned then just give them a call to get peace of mind.

  • I think its quite normal also, Unless you start to get a temp or the pain becomes unbearable you should be okay. Healing is a process, just watch some favorite movies, listen to some music and relax. I find the more you think about the pain the worse it gets. Hope you feel better soon!
