Old Navy returns?

I love my old navy bathing suit but I think I need it 1 size smaller. (yay!)

My ON does not have swim in store yet for adults and when they do it's usually a joke of a selection. I figured I could just send it back and do an even exchange. I think you have to pay! Am I wrong? It looks like you print out a pre-paid label and then they charge your c/c...

    maybe call and see what they say, maybe it would be cheaper to return it to the store and rebuy it? although it would depend on what promos they have online right now.

    I went through the same thing with some jeans from there recently. What I did was return the one pair of jeans to the store. I then ordered the other size online but ordered two pair so the shipping was free since it was over $50. I'll now return the second pair to the store. I hate paying for shipping.

    Return it to the store so you don't have to pay shipping, then just order the new one online.

    I'm pretty sure with exchanges you don't have to pay.  I had to do this with mat. jeans once, and it was really easy over the phone.

    Yep- you're right. ON customer service just emailed me back (I had asked about exchanges) and they said if I do it over the phone it's free
