Who is this sleeping/happy baby and where is my little fuss pot?

.........DANNY SLEPT 5 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG! 

Yesterday, after the last few nights from hell, I went over to my BFF's house and we went out for lunch. Our boys had their first official lunch play date....of course, they both fell asleep in their carriers and we both chowed down like the food would disappear.

It helped so much to go out, talk to her about what's been going on, hear what's going on with her....I had spent a lot of time feeling really upset that she is able to BF and it's weird that between the therapy, the support group and talking about it, that I don't feel terribly jealous anymore. I also told her about how I was feeling about it...and suddenly we got to talking about the "Grass is greener on the other side" syndrome. Between getting out of the house, eating a hot meal, some sunshine and company, it really boosted my mood.

And amazingly, I got home last night from work and Danny was sleeping. Fed him, and then he slept for 5 HOURS STRAIGHT!!!! Then he got up for an hour, smiled, ate, coo'd and giggled....and then he slept for ANOTHER 3 HOURS!!!!

And now he's just waking up now and he's smiling and kicking in the pack and play talking Tigger (Tigger lives on the outside of the pack and play).

...Did I take home the wrong child? He's so happy..and content....and I'm so happy....and rested!

    WA-HOOOO!  Hopefully Danny keeps doing this.  I'm glad you were able to get out and enjoy yourself yesterday.  You deserve it!

    YAY!!! Go rice cereal!!!

    That's so wonderful that you got to get out and have some adult time too. Even with LO there it makes all the difference.

    That is awesome! My friends with children say that 3 months is the magic number where all of a sudden they turn a new leaf and become totally different babies. 

    Looks like Danny is approaching that magic number!

    WooHoo!!! Lucky you! Party!!! Wanna trade? Haha JK Maya used to be so good, sleeping exactly the same way Danny slept and when she was awake during the day she was content and happy and quiet and would doze in and out then last week that all changed!! She is so fussy 24/7 and is sleeping horrible, and I just don't know what to do!
