Intro and between boards...

Hi Ladies, I've been lurking a bit and your posts are so inspiring.  I received some news yesterday and it leads me to believe this might be my new board (I was on MC/PL & TTCAL previously).  I'm 38, had 3 m/cs in the past 2 years and just got news that my FSH levels are elevated.  I had no idea what it meant - the nurse casually mentioned it but said I'd have to wait until 2/9 to see my RE for more info.  After some research and tears, I now understand why the nurse wouldn't say more.  So I come here in hopes that I can learn, support and share with you courageous women.  Thanks and FX that we all have BFPs and take home babies soon.

    DH Vasectomy reversal 06/28/11; Started TTC July 2011; FSH test = normal; Progesterone = normal; Semen analysis shows low count, low morph, and low motility....HSG planned for April followed by IUI image

    Welcome!! Sorry you have to be here, and sorry for your losses. I honestly don't know much about elevated FSH, but I know many of the ladies on this board do... so hopefully you can get some advice from them! Just wanted to wish you luck on your journey!

    Welcome.  I hope your appointment goes well and that your RE can help you decide on a plan.

    Welcome and thanks for your intro. I also have elevated FSH and my diagnosis is diminished ovarian reserve. It's really startling news to receive. Many of us are in this boat.  You've come to the right place for support. I hope your RE will help you determine the best plan for you soon. Please let us know how your appt goes. Hugs :)

    I also have DOR.  My AMH is low and FSH is rising.  There were still able to get 10 mature eggs and 9 fertilized so it can be done.  Our first IVF was not a success but we have 4 frozen embryo waiting for us.  Good luck with your appointment and don't hesitate to come back with questions.  I have gotten so much info from this board!!

    2006 start TTC

    2007 Start w/ RE (Endo and MFI previous marriage)/ 2008 Vericocele surgery/3 clomid cycles
    2009 Lap removed stage III endo/ 2 failed IUI/ Divorce

    2011 Remarried
    October 2011 Dx: Endo & DOR/ November 2011- clomid & TI cycle
    January 2012 IVF~  Flare protocol 10 ER/ 9 mature fertilized with ICSI/ ET- 2 Grade A Blasts/ 4 frozen= BFN
    Febuary 2012- -Endo Biopsy/  MTHFR diagnosis
    March 8- FET 2 grade A blasts= BFP!!!!

    November 2012-  Charles was born by emergency C-Section

    Dealing with:
    Stage III Endo/ DOR/ MTHFR two mutations C677T & A1298C

    Currently TTC #2  FET planned January 2014

    TTC in 2009, Dx: Unexplained IF
    Three TI cycles (BFP...miscarriage), five IUI attempts and 2.5 IVF cycles later...BFP!!
    12dp5dt: 765; 15dp5dt: 1979; 17dp5dt: 3379...TWINS!!!!!
    Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!
