Just a little update in case anyone is interested.
At my appt today, my midwife found that I'm 80% effaced, 3 cm and -1 station. She wasn't planning on doing an exam but I asked about it because I've been having contractions throughout the night and I was just curious if I'd made any progress. I'm glad I did! As she was doing the exam, she explained to me all the things that she was touching (my cervix, my pelvic bone and the baby's head!) She told me to go ahead and make my appt for next week but I got the impression that she didn't think I'd make it. We'll see...

That's totally awesome! All that progress without even having contractions
Just for reference, I pushed Charlie out from 0 station. So hearing you're at -1 already is just crazy to me, lol!
