Ugh I have my first bad cold of the season and it's a doozie! I just want to chop my head off. I can't remember what we're allowed to take for colds while BF. Can you remind me? Can I take plain sudafed?

I don't think you can take Sudafed. Decongestants dry you up all over, so they decrease milk production. I've been taking ibuprofen and using a humidifier.
