So this stuff has apparently been out for decades but I am just now coming across it. I saw the bar in the detergent section at Wal-Mart for $.97 and was intrigued! It takes out dark stains on clothes, any stain I have come across, and I just spot cleaned my carpet with it. I swear nothing else would even touch those spots!! LOL The only thing it didn't work well on was stains from my water (it has iron in it and sometimes stains white clothes) and on that I use Goop.

So I have stain cleaners that can tackle ANYTHING!! Both for less than $3!

    True story.  My grandma was one of the old-skool "wash your kids' mouths out with soap" moms.  She once thought it was a good idea to use Fels Naptha on my uncle.  He swelled up like a balloon and almost died.  Great parenting.

    That's what I think of when I hear of that soap.  But it is great stuff, I'm glad you found something cheap that works :).

    Just don't wash your kid's mouth out with it.

    I wonder if it'll work on bibs.  We have some nasty stained bibs.  I'm going to look for it next time I'm at Walmart.  You said it's like a bar of soap in the laundry detergeant section?

    Yes with the stain fighter stuff. You wet the area (I use a spray bottle with water) then rub the bar on the stain. It works well for me, and it's incredibly cheap so even if it doesn't get them out, you're only out a buck!
