Anyone use Prang crayons?

I was looking to buy crayons for the heart shaped project and came across this brand on amazon. They come in a case that is color sorted so I could easily make solid colors or mix em up.

They are soy based and are said to have higher pigments than regular crayons (crayola). 

So if you've used them, are they actually good or crap like roseart ?

    Definitely better than Roseart, but not my first choice of crayon.  I'm a fan of Crayola and always opted for Crayola crayons over Prang for my classroom.  Now, if you're talking pencil colors, Prang rocks my world...

    Prang always had a weird smell to me.

    Ditto this.  I prefer Crayola, but I like the Prang pencil colors. :)

    I agree with prang not being good for crayons.  I do not use them.  I also will not use prang tempera paint as it is thin and transparent--2 things tempera paint are not supposed to be.
