4 weeks after section, incision is suddenly hurting

Just asked this question over on my BMB, and then I remembered this board was here. 

I was feeling really good and hardly having any tenderness, then bam, my incision is killing me.  It is especially on my left side.  I can't think of anything I did that would have aggravated it.  It's so tender that I can hardly stand to get up and down and I can't have any clothing touching it.  WTH?

    could you have twisted "wrong" on that side or something? I have one side that hurts more than another, and when I get out of bed or a similar activity it really hurts.

    If it is very bad and sudden, I'd call your OB.

    That same thing happened to me... It started hurting really bad, nothing could touch it and then one morning I woke up and realized it was infected. I hope yours isn't infected it was not fun at all!!
