  • well you are going to laugh...and think i'm crazy, BUTTTTTT....  i have lower pelvic pain, and i'm only 16 weeks.  Every morning after i get out of the shower I put a vibrator down there and just relax.  I know it sounds really X rated... but it relieves alot of my pain...  it's like a massage in a area that can't be massaged.  LOL... sorry if it's TMI.

  • If you try it... you are going to be thinking "that chic was a GENIUS!!!!!"  LOL...

Good luck on the pain, i don't know what causes mine or better yet WHY!!  Maybe it does stem from alot of pelvic pain... I also see a chiropractor and she adjusts my lower back and have been told that her adjustments will help during labor as i will have less of a chance of a c-section.  Maybe the babies naturally lay in a way that is uncomfortable.  Worth a shot ;)  GOOD LUCK!

  • Ladies, look up SPD pregnancy related on google...you'll probably find that this matches what you're experiencing.  This is my third child and I too am already experiencing pain I didn't have until the very end with my last baby.  I have also tried the "massager" down there...and yes, it does offer some relief temporarily.  If I stretch halfway through the day (yoga poses, etc.) I find that it makes the evening more bareable.
