milk coming out of areola

Dot of milk coming out of areola and not nipple?

FOr the past 2 feedings on my right breast I'll get a little dot of milk that I can actually see rise up out of my areola, like I have a little pinprick of a hole that milk can escape from. I know it's not just splashing up from the feeding or anything, it's definitely coming up from a little hole. Anyone else have anything like this? I am having trouble Googling what's up with it!

Yep! My LC said it's normal and relatively common.

You probably just have a duct that ends there instead of in the nipple. I've never had that happen, but I've heard about it, so I wouldn't worry aobut it.

I've seen it on my left side...but not everytime it seemed like. Not sure why, but it's normal!
