Either put the infant carseat in the cart with LO in it or use a baby carrier that you wrap/strap on you. My LO prefers the carrier since he can face outward and see where we're going and can look around more.
So there's this boy. He kinda stole my heart. He calls me "Mom"
Depends on the store. Walmart has those baby carts and I just lay a blanket in there and put her in that. Or, I will take the whole car seat in and put it in the cart (she's entirely too heavy and too nosey for that now though!)
I either wear her or use the cart cover and let her sit in the front part. DS usually just walks with me, sits in the big part, or if we go somewhere where they have those cars on the front of the cart he rides in that. (Not a big fan of that but it keeps him busy haha)

Occasionally I put the whole car seat in the cart, but only if I am just getting a few things at the store. Usually I wear A in the Baby Bjorn or Moby wrap.

I put her car seat in the bottom of the cart. When I have her I'm not buying oodles of stuff so it all fits. The top part where bigger kids sit is just too iffy. She about stands on her head or wobbles in some of those so I never use them.
She goes in the large part of the cart in her carseat... OR I carry her. Most of the time I end up carrying her because she throws a fit unless she can see EVERYTHING that is going on!
I put her in the big part but not actually in the basket. I put her carseat horizontally so the top and bottom of the seat is resting on the edges of the cart and she is sort of suspended in the air. Then I put all of my shopping stuff in the space under her and in the toddler seat part. Took the third kid to figure that one out LOL

This exactly. Okay, not exactly. We don't use slings. I use my mei-tai and my husband uses his pikkolo.
