Our precious little girl Adelyn Joy!

Quick story...my water broke (all over the place) Sunday morning at 4:15 a.m. We went to the hospital at 5:30 a.m. Keep in mind water was pouring everywhere constantly we used like 4 towels between home and the hospital. When they checked me at the hospital I was barely at 3cm. Only having minor contractions that weren't consistent. They started pitocin and 6 hrs. later I was only at 5cm. Adelyn's heart rate was varying up and down and she was not responding well to the pitocin and my cervix was barely changing...Dr. strongly recommended we do a C-section due to the fact that neither of us were responding well to the pitocin...so we had a c-section. Adelyn was born at 2:42p.m. and what a joy it was to finally meet our little girl (we were team green). My husband is amazing couldn't ask for a better supporter, encourager, helper and daddy for my little girl. I am feeling so blessed!

I haven't been a super active poster but I have read so much from you ladies and greatly appreciated the advice, support and encouragement this board has offered through this pregnancy! Blessings to you and your little ones in this first year!!!
