  Most REs test at 7dpo. If you tested around 8dpo and only had a 0.2, that means you didn't ovulate so there would be no egg to implant. My RE is a little different and considers anything over 8 to be ovulatory, medicated or not. Generally, a 7dpo P4 in the 20s is a solid number.

  U/S --> 5w0d - sac seen // 6w0d - hb detected // 7w0d - hb seen and heard, measuring 6w6d!
  8w6d - wiggly baby! // 9w3d - wiggly baby with fingers!

  I had the same issue this cycle, based on my chart alone, I had P4 drawn at 7PDO and it indicated 1.7, so annovulatory, but at 18DPO I started spotting on my own and now had my shortest cycle ever, at 38 days. I don't know how it started on it's own, with that low of a P4.

  I'm at 5dpo and requested a test from my RE since I am pretty sure I o'd this cycle based off my charting.  Yay!!  Your chart is waaaay more accurate than OPKs!  When do you think I should have my blood drawn? Tomorrow (6dpo) or Saturday (7dpo) .  I think you should push for it!  If your RE won't (which they should), your OB or primary care doc can probably send these out for you.
  

  The first P4 test I had was done at 8dpo but that was only based of a +OPK and I'm not sure how accurate it was.  You can't know if you've ovulated for sure with OPKs, just that your body wants to.  At that time, my P4 was only 0.2!  Agree with pp - don't think you ovulated that cycle.  They said that it was part of the equation but not the only thing that determines ute lining.  So, can a fertilized egg implant with that P4?  With that progesterone, there probably was no egg.  That's seems wrong to me but now I'm confused because they made it sound like it could.

  Thanks ladies.  I've decided I'm going to have blood drawn tomorrow (CD6) so that hopefully I can know before the weekend.  Also, I have it drawn right at my work so I won't have to drive back in on a Saturday just for that.
