  • B: toast and coffee 

    L: chicken noodle soup/ Irish soda muffins (I'm still sick)

    S: archer farms snack bar

    D: grilled cheese/ soup

  • B- two egg/veggie cups, chicken salad (Chicken, prunes, macadamia nuts, and coconut oil), coffee

    L- Banana Bread Lara Bar (I have to go into work for a few hours, and needed something I could just grab from home)

    S- Clementine

    D- Meatloaf, Roasted lemon green beans, sweet potato and parsnip fries

  • B - scrambled eggs w/ peppers, onion & tomato, turkey bacon, coffee

    Snack - Pickle, light cream cheese and ham roll-up

    Lunch - Rotisserie chicken salad w/ lots of veggies

    Snack - laughing cow wedge in celery, coffee

    Dinner - Rotisserie chicken, roasted cauliflower,  salad

    Dessert - jello w/ coolwhip free

  • Breakfast- steel cut oats and glass of milk

    Snack- banana and a handful of Annie's Bunny Grahams

    Lunch- Veggie pocket w/ slice of provolone.  Granola bar for "dessert"

    Snack- peanut butter and apple and a few donut holes (special treat for the girls and me)

    Dinner- Chicken, black bean and spinach quesadillas served with salsa and sour cream

  • B- 2 oranges.  DD had girts and banana.

    S-

    L- black bean soup and PB toast/ DD will have black bean soup and yogurt

    S- apple with PB/ DD will have cottage cheese and cheese stick.

    D- left overs, veggie lasagana and salad.  DD will have plain spaghetti
