fil vent update

My FIL (lives in Colombia) has been here since December 20th. I have been upset about how he behaves towards our daughters, his nasty habits, unwillingness to clean up after himself, etc. He was planning on leaving on February 20th.

I just want to share the good news that he's out of here on Monday! He yelled at me several times on Sunday while DH was at work. DH came home and changed his flight to the earliest day possible. It's really awkward trying to cohabitate until he leaves, but I'm staying extremely busy nesting.

I can't wait to deep clean (gotta get rid of his nasty smell, the stains, etc.) and set up the nursery. Come on LO, stay in there until February!

Also, I'm done with him. He told DH that he just doesn't respect women. He's never setting foot in my house again.

Wow, what a horrible situation! I'm glad your DH stood up for you and changed his flight. I wouldn't be able to handle another month of that, either!

Funny that the man who just doesn't respect women acts like an actual big baby and pretends that you are his mother by making you clean up after him. Im betting he prob also enjoyed your home cooked meals too, right? LOL you poor thing! You are a sweeter woman than me! I hope the door hits him on the way out!
