Where did the last 3 weeks go? Intro...
Finally I have a minute to sit and write an intro...I hope you'll have me.
Some of you probably know me from TTCAL and Pgal. I joined TTCAL in 9/2010 after losing my 2nd pregnancy (blighted ovum). I had another m/c in Jan 2011 and discovered we were expecting again in April 2011. DH and I have been married for 5 years and we have another daughter, Charlotte, who will be 4 in April. OUr newest addition, Madeleine Hazel, was born Monday January 2nd at 12:13am after 16 hours of active labor and 30 minutes of pushing. Everything was pretty rountine as far as birth stories go so I won't bore anyone with the details. She weighed in at 8lbs 11oz and was 20 1/4 inches long. She has a full head of beautiful brown hair and she looks exactly like her big sister. It's been a rough few weeks trying to get whatever sleep I can. Madeleine is still trying to get her days and nights straight and she feeds everyone 1-2 hours. She is such a precious gift and watching DD#1 with her makes me so proud to be a mom to two beautiful healthy girls. My baby making days are over, I had a tubal right after delivery, so I am just taking in every moment and enjoying my family.
