HA! Hahahaha. Ohmygod. I looked before I left work and thought, "Eh, it's not that bad. You can hardly tell it's a penis." Then I came home, read the posts, and went back. WHY did I go back to look and scroll?! And really ... that kid is most likely a minor, so are we all on some FBI watch list now?

I don't think he's a minor. He's wearing scrubs and had a badge holder on (presumably holding a badge.) He's got to be at least over 18.

Someone on P&CE explained what might have happened:

So what happened is this: She's stealing bandwidth from someone by taking a picture and direct linking back to their site. They have a script that goes in and replaces all the pictures that are "stolen" with this image. Ta-dah - big penis.
