Forgot the collection bottles to pump!

So I ran to CVS and bought milk freezer storage bags and used rubberbands to secure them to the pump.  Worked great and milk is ready for the freezer!  I just might keep doing this all the time.

    You can buy the medela bags to pump into with the adapter too.  They have a strong double zipper seal and the places to write the storage info.

    I keep a back up box of these at work just in case.

    I have pumped into sterile specimen cups ( i work for a hospital) when I forgot mine. The things we come up with when we are in a pinch ;)

    This topic reminded me of the time I was pumping in the middle of the night and started to feel something warm on my thighs. In my sleepy haze, I had forgotten to attach collection bottles and was pumping into my lap :-/
