I've tried to keep one in the past but I always fail. So do you just write down what you eat? Do you try to calculate portion size? Do you write down what time of the day (morning, noon, night or 9am, 11am) something like that? I need to keep a log for when I meet w/ the dietitian and I just hope I don't start and then stop like I usually do because I hate having to remember to track, remember, and write it all down.
