Dull pain - lower right abdomen?

Here's my backstory:

Don't have any idea how far along I am, we weren't exactly trying to get pregnant.  (We were going to wait until April.)

Took a dollar store test on 1/18/12 - positive.

Took another dollar store test on 1/19/12 - positive.

Went in for a dating U/S on 1/24/12, and they couldn't find anything on the external or internal exam.  The tech said she may have seen a fluid sac in the uterus.  She sent me to the lab for betas bloodwork.

Immediately went to the store, bought another test (digital) - "Pregnant."

Today I have a dull pain in my lower right abdomen. 

Dr. Google is making me nervous about an ectopic.  Would the u/s tech have been able to see something in my tubes yesterday?  I know she took pictures of my ovaries. 

I am hoping that since I don't know when my last period was, that I am just too early to detect on the u/s, but this pain is making a little nervous.

    Congratulations! ...A dull ache could be just that.. or a dull cramp, which is nothing to worry about unless it's accompanied by bleeding or more severe pain.  Unfortunately, it looks like you may have to sit tight and wait for more results... GL.

    ETA: added words.. and... I had dull achy cramps for the first couple of weeks after I got my BFP...and everything is fine.
