Today DS had Chicken and Stars soup, yesterday he had a ham sandwich (all ripped up to small pieces) Monday he had homemade beef, barley, and veggie soup. Last week at some point he had a grilled cheese.
Basically whatever I am eating, or I heat up one of the Gerber Graduate meals for toddlers and cut it up for him. Like last night I made tuna casserole and he had the Gerber ravioli.
Cheese and crackers with turkey, mac and cheese, cheese and spinach ravioli, toast with hummus, or tuna and crackers. He eats a veggie and/or fruit with lunch, too.
Today he had meatloaf and lima beans. I made a bunch of cornflake chicken fingers and froze them. He likes those. I haven't defrosted any yet so we'll see hoe the frozen ones turn out. Another thing that's pretty easy that he likes is tempeh. I just buy blocks of it and throw it in the oven to bake it a little bit. I cut it into cubes and he goes crazy for it. It's healthy too.
Today, he had leftovers: chicken and spinach pasta. I threw in some fresh spinch today. We also do: quesadillas, PB&J, cottage cheese and veggies, rice and cheese. Whatever I can throw together.
