I hope she doesn't mind me putting this on here (if you do - just let me know, Batty)
But I wrote congratulations on her FB announcement yesterday and like 15 minutes later get a message from my SIL asking me how I know her. I guess Batty's DH works with my SIL...and she just couldn't make the connection. Ahhh...facebook. How do you explain that you know someone well enough to congratulate them on their baby but you haven't met them. Hehe!!
And I call this place an "online mommy board" b/c I don't want people I know IRL finding me here - which would make me sensor myself. boooooring. Although - I was already busted by someone once at her baby shower. She said she googled something and was looking around and saw pics of my kids. I was too afraid to ask her what it was...and hoped to God it wasn't anything about pp sex or something.
Annnnyyyway...I think I'll stop rambling now..

I was at a baby shower for a bumpie and I was asked how I knew her- I always say, "we met planning our weddings" or "a dinner club"...
I know there are a couple of my friends/ acquaintances lurk and post here randomly- it does make me think I should censor...
I met ASP and then a day later realized she was on this board so I told her I was too...just to make certain she didn't talk about her neighbors.
Then when I met KAC I realized right away she was on this board. I waited a bit before I told her it was me until I figured out how close she was with my former boss. Ha!
And before a accosted Melissa outside of Target this past weekend I had never met her before but I am certain we know a bunch of the same people since we went to the same high school...but I am much older. (sigh.)

what year did you graduate? I actually just peeked through your FB friends to see who I knew.. No one that well actually.. a few older siblings of my classmates, and I think one of my old babysitters kids.. 
i think most of you already know..but i had a "friend" reading my posts on here. needless to say, we're no longer friends..but who knows if she still stalks me on here. So I am a little careful about what I write on here. It sucks that I have to be.. I wish that you at least had to have a login to read stuff on here, right now any old creeper can find this stuff on google.

I just say we are friends thru our kids or something like that. Although I don't know how it would work if it was like an Albany girl since that would never make sense bc of the distance.
There was once a girl I used to work with and I recognized her picture in one of the other nestie's profile bc that nestie was in her wedding. But she doesn't post here anymore. She had a dd a bit older than dd and then had a son that had some health problems and stopped posting over on the nest shortly after he was born.
