Telemarketing calls! Card Holder services!

Anyone else get these calls?  A recorded message saying your credit card rates are about to go up and it is your final notice or something?  I am now getting them at least twice a week!  They always call from a different # and that number is never valid if I try to call it back.  They give the option of opting out, but it does nothing, they keep calling.  I have tried to talk to a rep about being removed from the list but they hang up the second you ask.  Today they called and I tried stringing them along to waste their time in hopes they remove me simply for wasting their time, but their first question is if I owe more than $4k in credit card debt, when I said no, they just hung up on me!  OMG!  This company is so horrible!  Google tells me tons of other people's stories and how the FCC keeps shutting them down but they keep reopening under different names or something.  Uhg!  I hate agressive marketing.  When I was in Real estat they taught us to do this, call neighborhoods looking for business, knock on doors.  It was a big part of why I will never go back into real estate.

    Yeah.. I have gotten a couple of them.. and my mom got them too.. They ask you to give them your CC #s over the phone.. so I kind of think its a scam.
