OT- can we please discuss the bachelor?

I know there are bachelor watchers out there, don't pretend you don't watch. Let's discuss.

1. I don't think Ben is all that good looking.

2.I don't get the feeling that he's gaga over any of the girls (or I just can't tell yet).

3.Courtney seems a bit odd.

4.Emily needs to mind her own business and not worry about Courtney and stop making weird facial spasms.

5.I think the women this season are incredibly beautiful, especially all of the brunettes.

Opinions on Emily Maynard being the next Bachelorette?

ive always been addicted to this show and i dont know why! i dont like ben, id prefer to see ames as the bachelor. as usual, i think most of the girls are dramatic and needy...but thats what makes it good tv! i think courtney is off her rocker thinking she is better than the rest, but i heard a spoiler she goes quit far in the show. I love the red head he went on a 1 on1 last night with...she is gorgeous and drama free! And the horse girl, she seems sane too

and emily for next season? Ugh. but if it brings back bentley for more drama then ok!!

I don't think Ben is that great looking but I do like that he seems like a normal guy. I like Kacie B the best. That one girl (I think her name is Jamie) who is a nurse never gets any air time with him! I can't stand whatever Courtney does with her lip and she's so annoying with constantly saying "winning"!

I don't think I can watch Emily as the Bachelorette. I think she's really fake and just doing it for the fame.

I was just telling my friend that for "The Bachelor" he is really not good looking at all....I would have been really disappointed if I was on the show....now I am not saying looks are the only important thing, but for THE BACHELOR I just expect some really good looking men! LOL He is just not at all the type of man I would be attracted to physically (or personality wise for that matter).

haha, the whole "winning" thing is so stupid...but I guess that when they were filming the bachelor, that was probably the time when Charlie Sheen was doing all that stuff, so maybe it was relevant back then,....but now she's probably watching it and embarrassed that she said 'winning' all the time

1. no he is not good looking...at all.. note a resemblence to maya rudolf from snl

2. i don't think he's really into anyone either, which is strange since there are so many beautiful girls on this season. way better than any other season i can recall

3. odd and a bit scary

4. totally agree regarding the facial spasms

5. very pretty ladies

Emily is very pretty, but she acted like she was too good to be the bachelorette since she wants to set such a good example for her daughter...and now she's doing it? v. fake i think

I like Ben. He seems like a much nicer guy than most of the others. Also, he seems like he can handel situations that come up, like letting that one blond girl go on the fly tonight. Good job by him nipping that in the bud. I agree, the girls are really beautiful this time. I'm not crazy about the idea of Emily as the batchlorette. She might do great, and she is stunning, but she came off very reserved and soft spoken on her season which makes me think she might struggle with being the center of it all. Hope I'm wrong.
