Liam Helmet Update!

We went to his first helmet checkup this morning. He has been wearing it for about 8 weeks now. I have seen improvement with my eyes over the past couple of weeks, but I was amazed to see the old scan and the new scan they did today! Such a huge improvement.

He still has to wear his helmet all the time (he had a severe case), but when we go back in 8 weeks we might be given permission to just have him wear it at night! I felt like I had let my son down when we had to put him in the helmet in the first place, but I am so glad we did. I just can't get over how good his head looks!

Also, they said his soft spot is a little small, but still in the acceptable range for his age! That hopefully means it will stay this way and he will not have to have surgery!
