Nanny questions

Hey girls!  I'm more a nestie than a bumpie but I was wondering if anyone on here has a nanny and would be willing to answer some questions for me. I have a 3 month old and we are thinking about hiring a part time nanny but i would like to talk to someone first. 

 Also, if anyone knows anyone looking for a part time nanny position I might be interested in talking to them.
